Ingredients
4 pcs Boneless chicken breast
1/2 tsp each Ginger-garlic pastes
1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Soya sauce
Just a pinch Salt
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp Butter
Directions:
1cut chicken pieces into thin slices. Then wash and drain well. Use tissue paper to soak extra water.
2Now take 2 tbsp liquid milk and 1 tsp lemon juice in a bowl. Mix them well. Then add ginger-garlic pastes, black pepper, red chili powder, soy sauce, and salt (Keep in mind salty soy sauce). Add chicken pieces and mix with your hands. Then leave it in the refrigerator for minimum of half an hour, the longer the better.
3Heat butter in a frying pan. Then fry on medium-low heat till they turn brown in color on both sides. It may take 10 to 15 minutes. When it is perfectly cooked inside and brown on outside take them out of the pan. Now serve with your favorite ketchup or fried rice.
